Limón y Sal

This song by Julieta Venegas reminds me of a love that is steadfast in complicated and uncomplicated situations. I used “limón y sal” (the two things you would have with tequila), quite literally, as a way of referencing the love that loves in the good times (shooting tequila in celebrations) and also overcomes the bad days (shooting tequila “to forget”).
